We can embroider a wide range of items, including T-shirts, hats, jackets, bags, towels, and more. If you have a specific item in mind, feel free to reach out, and we’ll let you know if it’s suitable for embroidery.

Our minimum order quantity is 1 item for embroidery. However, with screen-printing this can vary depending on the item and design. Please contact us for more details specific to your project.

Yes, you can provide your own items for embroidery. However, we recommend checking with us first to ensure the material is suitable for the embroidery process. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage to customer-supplied items.

We prefer vector files in formats such as .AI, .EPS, or .PDF for the best embroidery results. However, we can also work with high-resolution image files like .PNG or .JPG. If you’re unsure, our team can assist with preparing your design for embroidery.

Yes, we offer sample production for our embroidery work. This allows you to see how your design will look on the final product before we proceed with the full order. Please note that sample production will add to the overall turnaround time.

To ensure the longevity of your embroidered items, we recommend washing them inside out in cold water and avoiding bleach. For best results, air dry or tumble dry on a low setting. Ironing directly on the embroidery is not recommended.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Full payment is required before production begins, unless other arrangements have been made.
